  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a plain, unmarked shipping box to maintain your privacy and include a printout of your RMA confirmation inside the package.

  Ship and Track

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the exterior and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.
